ACADEMY FOR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION. „The education of young people is not just the responsibility of the state but also the responsibility of society.“ This guiding principle is a major influence on STEP 2.
Very often school leavers have difficulties deciding on a career. The main reason for this lies in a school system that makes it nearly impossible for the students to find out which specific professions match their own profile and interests. Therefore many young adults take some time out after graduation to get a better idea which career to choose.
STEP 2 wants to help school leavers make the most of this time.
